Functional max effort

I had on an isobaric box set up and decided to separate the subs and make a custom box. Needed the doors to keep up as well and sound deaden everything to do it right one time.


-Sony XAV-AX8000 head unit 8.95” floating LCD screen

-Kicker (3)KI24 RCA cables
-JLaudio (2)13w6v2 subwoofer
-Kicker (2)AFS fuse holders
-(2)100amp fuses feeding both capacitors
-NVX (2)mini anl fuse holders
-(2)40amp fuses feeding both 4 channel amps
-JLaudio Slash 1000/1v2 class D mono amp
-JLaudio Slash 300/4v2 class A/B 4 channel amp
-JLaudio RD400/4 4 channel class D amp
-JLaudio Evo C3 6.5 (4)pairs of components
-Custom Door Pods (2)dual 6.5 front doors
-Custom Door Pods cut to fit (2)dual 6.5 rear doors
-NVX (2) XCAP10H True 10 Farad Stiffening Hybrid Capacitors
-OFC 4 gauge power and ground wires


Electrical:
-130amp high output alternator
-Voltage Booster Pro SPARK (high setting 14.8v)
-Recoil 1/0 OFC big 4 wire upgrade (alternator, engine block, body, frame)

 

I don’t even understand the point of this BUT I LOVE IT

Yea it took me 3 months to complete the entire system of course only on my free time. Designed and installed everything myself.

I actually tried to reach out to fabricators out here but with no interest in doing the system I’ve always wanted. But it was well worth the hard ache lol

 

Looks great man, was door rattle a problem at lower volumes? (Obviously when the volume is high everything rattles) I only ask because some frequencies make mine rattle and I’ve been trying to eliminate it

 

The door doesn’t produce any rattling noise. I sound deaden the doors and honestly my friend pointed it out and it wasn’t my intention but I built the box so close to the doors that just adding the carpet is against the door pockets that may be helping reduce the rattling.
