So.. just calculated my gas mileage when I went to tucson and back over the weekend

    260 miles..

    14.4 mpg

Granted, i was cruisin pretty good the whole way there and back, over 2k RPMs and fighting wind on the way down

But still.. i need to improve on that. Lol

I'm ready. Just gotta fill up my CO2 tanks and get a new case of paint. I just hope that my tanks haven't expired because some of them were older. I just don't feel like switching to compressed air because then I have to get a scuba tank, the valving, and all that jazz. Would be nice to have, though. I'm tired of using CO2 and freezing up gaskets.

Go air! I was skeptical as well, plus all the money switching over. Dude it is SO much better. Plus, at fields like Cowtown, its unlimited air.

But I actually need to check my hydro date as well.

But what do you do for refills when you're playing off-field? Do you have a scuba tank that you get filled at the dive shop / sporting goods store? I'm not worried about Cowtown fill-ups, but the ones where we play out in the middle of nowhere for a weekend.

Just curious, I wonder if the valving on the A5 can work with compressed air or not. The valving on my Spyder MR4 could handle it and I ran air or CO2 through it just fine.

Just fill it at a shop for woodsball. That's what I've always had to do. I want to get another tank to have 2 and that will get me by until I can get a scuba tank.

The A5 can take air yeah. In fact, iirc I used cowtowns air tanks on the A5.

Just cant remember if it needed to be a high pressure tank or low pressure. Im pretty sure its High pressure since its a mech gun PLUS the cyclone feed.

Actually.. I think my current tank is HP as well, but my gun has a regulator so it can use any style tank.
