Funny thing is, I stumbled across this company and realized they are just down the road from me. Alot of the "customers requests" are obnoxious but I will say these guys make some amazing emblems and whatnot.

Oh yeah. I'm not a fan of the RBP shit either. All the bolts and shit sticking out but the emblems are pretty amazing craftsmanship.

    some actual truck updates:

stopped by Aamco (not my first choice) to get an opinion on the issue/sound with my trans.. guy popped under the truck while the sound was clear as day.. and immediately came to the conclusion that its the Flexplate. possible crack or defect in it causing the the rotational sound. priced out a replacement and labor.. comes out to 760.. :(

worse case, if it is the torque converter, its 1k for OEM, or a couple hundred for a reman'd.

going to have a recommended transmission shop do a second opinion and quote it out.

also, going to look into if there are any upgraded flexplate for our trucks, or, torque converters if thats what it is.

another update.. swapped out my roof bar (warrantied) had some condensation issues, so have a new OKLED bar.. and it came with a wireless remote. made install super easy with no wires running through the firewall, and it also has strobe/flash modes. on, SOS, and multiple strobe patterns. the output seems to be about the same, but the spot pattern is definitely more concentrated. I like it :)

Nice dude! The optics on mine put on a direct rectangle. I'm super surprised. I actually want to keep this one

heres the old bar. about 14 feet away, garage door up in daylight.. you can see the spread of the old bar.

same setup, but with the new bar. definitely more concentrated.

    Hey Josh,
That's actually not bad news about the flexplate problem, repair would be cheaper than if you had internal trans. damage!
And it's a good idea to find a local independent shop for a second opinion, could come out even cheaper.;)

Thanks guys. Yeah I'll give em call sometime next week Connor. Again, thanks for the recommendation.

After looking around, seems that's there aren't any upgraded flexplates available either
