pssh.. Im just looking for efficiency and this point. more power would be cool, but im just trying to get this thing running as optimal as possible. removes the speed limiter and changed redline to 6200 tho not to mention.. I can go to a smaller pulley afterwards

 

How much boost can the 4.0 handle before it blows a head gasket?

 

Damn that EMS looks like the stuff Josh, not a bad price point either . . .

 

I think I'll be at my max with a smaller pulley.. unless I want to start beefing up internals.. gonna see ho wit goes after just the EMS. I know Werty was pushing a similar setup.. I think he had some other stuff tho.. internals and maybe other bolt ons.. i forget what he was at when he blew his..

its a little tough to swallow.. but what other option do we have ya know. but.. its not even out yet.. so its still just on the wish list. lol

it was either the EMS or a rear Pelfrey with swingout.. but I've been waiting for the EMS for years.. and I think its the better option. tired of the truck running Rich AF.. black soot all over the truck and my garage.. not to mention the fumes. its the last piece of the performance puzzle.. and the biggest part at that.

 

Tru, once it's in the truck will run to it's full potential tho . . . And That Throttle Response Will Be Chub Inducing !!!

Good tune makes all the difference, and the best stand alone engine management systems run about $10k with a laptop needed to run the whole thing ( Who Needs THAT Drama) so for under $2k this thing is a deal.

Sucks you've had to wait (and still waiting) so long for an easy affordable EMS . . .

 

yeah that's a whole other thing. lol it sounds like its right around the corner tho!

 

Got some CBI ditch light mounts today from @northwesttaco ! my lighting plan is slowly coming together. need to nail down the detail son my switches/harness.. then get the lights. will most likely do the 40" for the Prinsu and pods for the hood first.
