Well, just got back from visiting up north, and have put 314 miles on this tank... WITH a heavy foot. Still testing the Intake, 10+ miles uphill at a decent grade, etc. The low fuel light hasnt even come on yet. I'm thinking i will get about 330 out of this tank.. and could probably get 350 with normal driving. This new TRD intake is awesome and sooo much better than the previous AFE. I've gained about 1-2mpg's so far. :D

Tuesday the truck is going to the dealer for service, get some stuff checked and fixed, and the tires road forced and rotated.

Gonna take a break till the end of November.. then new suspension, wet okoles, finish stereo, misc shiz, and maybe new wheels.

Just got the best tank of gas.. 346 miles. Averaged 19.3 mpg's. Thank you again to Aw9d (Colby) for the TRD intake.

But with good comes bad.. my battery is toast. Wouldst start yesterday after filling up. Had to get a jump. Today it barely started. Getting a new battery today along with my service, road force, rotation, and check up. Needs alot of tlc right now :(

I just had the same thing happen, put it on my charger (Battery Tender Plus) til it was fully charged and it is good to go again.

Hmmm.. i didnt even think about that. I do have a battery tender/trickle charger. It's a 1.5 amp tho. Think that would be enough?

Right on. I'll give it a try this weekend. I'm going to have the dealer test it today while I'm there just to be safe.

I had Autozone load check mine, they said it was 100% dead not rechargeable. I took my chances on it and saved the money. I also carry a jumper box so I'm not too worried.

Definitely have to agree with you. The dealer I go to is usually pretty good with stuff like that tho. Ive been going to the same dealer and using the same service advisor for atleast 5 years now. Lol

After more research, I'm 80% certain its due to a balance issue. I'm also going to have them inspect the drums and rotors to see If they are warped.

Gonna take them for a ride along too so they can feel the issue

Hey, noticed your runnin the 886's with the toytec spacer. Thats what im swapping over to myself. How do you like It? Are you running ome shocks as well?

I'll be running the ome shocks all around with the 885's and spacers, and the icon 3 leaf pack.

Also, did your cb drop help at all?

Sweet. Aren't all the new 885s the new "x" version? Like when I order them new, will they be the newer ones, or will I have ask for those specifically.

I'm hoping this trip to the dealer today will fix my issues.. if not, the cb drop may be one of my next moves.

    Or a WRX... :spy:
