Eh, they get destroyed in the straights all the time. My 3000GT did too. End of the day... which car brings the smile to your face, and which to the ladies prefer... that's the real race

Same here. I still find myself, after a year and a half of owning the truck, looking back at it and starring as I'm walking away. Lol. I too love the reactions people give me when they see It. :D

Also, I won't get rid of it.. its like family now. Lol plus.. Im driving a loaner corolla from the dealer while the truck is in getting some stuff done.. and I feel so uncomfortable driving so low. Lol. I don't think a car is for me.

have a mod day set up in two weeks to get some maintenance done.

*getting the rotors turned since i have vibes and the squeal when braking
*getting a road force from discount
*picking up replacement leaf bushings from the dealer to fix the squeaky leafs
*removing either the aal or overload
*cleaning and greasing the blower motor
*some misc painting, fixing rattles, etc.

i spent the last couple hours finding and fixing some rattles i had too.. fixed about 80-90% of them. definitely a TON better but need some more lithium grease to finish the job.

    quick update:

did some changes at our mod day last weekend. no pictures yet.. gonna get some this weekend after i finish up some last minute stuff.

basically just removed my overload, and added in new leaf bushings that i picked up from the dealer. They fixed the squeak i had.. so much better. also, by removing the overload, i obvioulsy smoothed out the ride and lowered the rear about 1/2". added the top plate spacer to the passenger side, but now i have taco lean.. so waiting for my extended studs from Wheelers to get here. hopefully this weekend ill be installing those along with the other top plate and that will conclude the suspension and stance for the time being. swapped out my hellas as well.

picking up some more lithium grease friday to spray the bushings and some interior rattles while i add in the ext. studs and top plate.. also going to get the rotors resurfaced since my brake squeal is still present.

ordering my fuse block, ground distribution block, and a new antenna friday as well. should be an eventful next couple weekends.. but after that.. truck should be good to go for a long while. already is MUCH improved.
