Same it's nice but I grew up in Colorado and I miss it now that I'm old enough to go where I want. West is the Best just like Jim Morrison said

Thanks man! I really appreciate that!

Bumpers and skids are on the list, but not for a while. $$$. Honestly, I'm ok with no bumpers.. RCI skids will happen tho for sure.

So no bumper? Approach angles would be a lot better. But I do like the stock look. For bumpers what would you be looking at?

Yeah.. The "stock" look, plus the weight savings is kind of whats holding me back. The approach and descent angles arent too bad. Gets me where I want to go and anything beyond those angles I just dont do.. Its my DD after all so it kind of keeps me in check. Im sure that will change someday tho. Lol. If anything.. Probably Pelfrey aluminum 3 hoop, and HC rear w/ swingout.

Ah I see, weight savings does make sense. If I had a second gen that's what I'd do is Pelfrybilt

Yeah it's hard to get over how the truck performs as it sits.. Adding weight will definitely negate all of that.

In fact, I think the next mod is a URD 2.7 pulley.. And some electric fans to go with it. Truck was gettin a little hot idling, waiting in line at the drags. Had to run the heater in 100 degree heat.. Was... Hot. Lol
