Ugh. That sucks. I'm always worried that's going to happen to mine.

Just gonna do Katzkins or Clazzios probably.. priced out the Katzkins a while ago.. but recently have been kinda turned onto the Clazzios.

I looked into leather a little bit when I was buying for mine. But ultimately went with wet okoles. Liked the waterproof factor of them. If I lived out in hotter than hell Arizona though, theres no way I would have them. They don't breath for shit

That's what I've heard from guys that have them out here. Plus I couldn't get the color combo I wanted with wet okoles. lol

I'm gonna go all out and do perforated and Cooled.

Hahaha. Definitely don't need that here. It's bad enough as it is.

I wanted black and grey.. but the opposite of what wet okoles does. Leather I can get whatever color and combo I want .

so about 2 years and 25k miles.. my Green Stuff EBC rotors are starting to reach their limit. might step up to Yellow.. or try some drilled/slotted. They performed great.. but always willing to try an upgrade.

Damn that seems like a short lifespan for a set of pads.. Have you ever run the TRD ceramic pads on your truck? Crashnburn80 did a write up on them with slotted rotors. I have them on my heavy 4 cylinder

its the rotors themselves. I just went with plain Green Stuff rotors and Green Stuff pads.

I do a lot of heavy braking.. wheeling and racing around.. then the drags.. then add the weight to it.. definitely works em.

tires and brakes.. seem to have to replace every 2 years or so.. lol

Ahhh haha please forgive me, apparently I cant read lol..
If you gotta replace em, might as well upgrade! Idk what your finances look like right now, but SOSperformance is having a sale on their big brake kits right now.. They pricy still though.. you go to the sand drags right? or like an actual track?

How do you like these? I like the idea of poly everything, but im wondering if these make any noise or if they're quiet like stock?

no issues with em. no noise. if anything it makes the truck ride stiffer.. but I cant tell. so its very minimal if at all.

I replaced them with Poly just because I didnt want to have to do it again. lol My factory mounts were completely trashed.
