Thanks man! Definitely liking how it's coming together! Picked up some fender washers that should get the caliper spacing perfect for no drag on the driver side.. then I can finish them up. Keep getting a slight drip at the NPT fitting into the Wilwood caliper too on the driver side. Tightened it down some more and wiped it down this morning. We'll see if it's good or not when I get home.

Hopefully you were able to stop it. Got a picture where it was leaking?

Use any light thread tape for that fitting?

I didnt... nothing mentioned in the install instructions either.. but I did think about that. If it keeps up I will try that next.. I got a little more out of it when tightening.. but I'm also trying to Clock them the same and nicely and this slight drip is ruining that. lol

@Torspd leaked some more during the day. Got a little more out of it again. I think I might disconnect the line from the fitting and try to get one more full rotation out of it to point it back straight up. It initially felt tight so I stopped there.. but maybe it really did need another full turn.

You'd think it'd be something better than just a regular ol NPT fitting. I do like that it ditched the rest of that hardline on the caliper though. Hoping I can clock this correctly and it'll seal it. Otherwise I think I'll back it off to where I want it and do the tape.

Hey @Atl-atl have you thought about fold down tables for your rear swingouts? I'm curious if I can fab or even fit some.

I have thought about it but havent done anything yet because Im waiting to finish one last piece. Im building a slide for my water tank that will be on the right side of the bed opposite the fridge/stove slide. The plan is to have it only extend to the edge of the tailgate so the water spout hangs over. There will be room for a fold down table that is approximately half the width of the tire swing. Currently I dont need the extra table space because I use the tailgate but when the other slide is extended it will only leave 15" down the center so a table on the swing will most likely be necessary. I actually have a huge HDPE cutting board that I got for free, its 3/8" thick and 2x3 feet, should be perfect to mount with a stainless piano hinge at the bottom and some thin cable to hold it horizontal when open.

I appreciate the reply and input. That's exactly what I was thinking of using too. Was looking at hinges the other day at ACE.. and was going to order material and cut it on the waterjet at work. Im still hung up on placement of the latch though. Most fold downs have either vertical supports for the sides, either using the bumper geometry itself or it has its own built in "frame". Plus an upper horizontal support for the latches to mount. I've been using the Coastal pictures and yours (like that one you posted) to get an idea.. but might just have to wait till it's done to really figure something out. I was just wondering about space between the rear of swingouts and tailgate. Looks minimal. Lol

As for your water tank on a slide.. I was thinking of doing the something similar with my Front Runner water jug.. but it actually fits on the outside of my fridge slide on the little remainder of the tailgate perfectly. So no wasted space. Lol. I'm ultimately going with a 10g flat water container to fit up against the cab.. with a 12v water pump.

There’s like no room between the swingouts and tailgate FYI. Whatever fold down table you built would need to sit inside the framing of the swingout

Our fridge orientations are opposite as well. My hopeful goal is to have all that open space on the left of the fridge.. since it is so big and I had to move it out from the wheel well in the bed.

Thats what I was worried about... It didn't look like there was much room.

I’m sure @Atl-atl can snap some pics and post them up maybe? Also, I feel the 3rd gen tailgate is thicker and more curved than 2nd gen. So maybe you’ll have some more room than he does. But I’d get some ideas flowing and then wait and see after we build the bumper if they will work

That's kinda what I'm thinking, I'd like to get as much info gathered beforehand though. tables are definitely a big want for us. To the point where if it doesn't work.. a different bumper might come into play.. Hence why I'm trying to figure it out now.

Gotcha. Yeah maybe he can grab some pics and rough measurements off the tailgate. The more I think about the tailgate I think it’s a good amount thicker snd more curved out. So the 2nd gen may have plenty of room to squeeze one in.

As far as the swingouts go, there’s probably 1/4” or so of wiggle room to push them further out.

Cool. ok hoping for the best then. We dont want to get into something and then realize its not going to work for us and then hate ourselves.. lol So this is the time to decide to keep or sell the Coastal if the tables are a no-go.

Worst case.. we pick up another bumper. Like a Brute Force or Relentless. IDK.. It would almost set me back to 0. Figuring out a bumper, then Dual vs Single swingout again.

I mean design and weight capacity of the table will make a huge difference as well on if it will work. Coming up with something as slim as possible will be key
