    glad those parts are working out! I really want to finance a machine with all the goodies and just go at it. Make my own parts, support your guys' shop, support other shops/businesses, and do random side jobs. A VF2SSYT 3 Axis Mill with a TRT70 Rotary Table (or TRT100 if it'll fit) would be perfect for a garage shop. Probes and some extra features.. just gotta bail on Mastercam and Solidworks and commit to Fusion360 for all my CAD/CAM duties and we're set. lol


    just priced it all out.. 187k with all the options I want. lol

    You keep your good stuff at home and the other stuff in the truck in case you lose it on the trailer it I don't know uh gets stolen. Harbor freight has lifetime warranty so you break it you replace it

    Made some peasant bread this past week. Close enough at least. Thick and heavy. Just the way she like it. Only takes about 1 hour total time to make. Good for lasting while on the trail. And tastes pretty close to the flavor of the whole beer that you put into it for the yeast.

    Tried it with a Paulaner Double Bock. Damn that bread was good. Those peasants ate foods that now seem to get classified as paleo, healthy, or some other "niche" diet food. Worthy a try for you guys.

    Here is an example with St. Arnold's Amber. It came out lighter than the Paulaner.
