oh I'm just installing this weekend. Hoping to get out soon after though!

 any time man! We'll see how these new BTFs go with the Poly tabs. Not sure if I want to go back to neutral rears with these, or run them with my current maxed rear and see how much caster/clearance I get.

Done. Good time with @Yacob_D and @Southwest_Taco_Jonez working on Tacos yesterday. I showed up after they had been going at it for hours prior doing a slew of other mods.. then we knocked out the LCA swap. Went pretty smoothly, especially with both of us running Poly Taco Tabs. Huge improvement on firewall clearance now with these BTFs. Need to get better pics.

Also had some p0171 and p0175 codes pop up on the drive over. Ended up being a split fuel vapor hose off the VSV. Cut it back 1.5" and back to good now.

Man what a full day! Glad it all worked and we got the swap knocked out, Taco tabs for the Win! We've had the fronts apart so many times it only makes sense.
Thanks for the New LCAs and coming by for a Mod day!

Still parked, we hiked Picket Post this morning and took the Rav4. I dont think it will be any problem, maybe should have driven it to the store at least. Let you know in the am!

Made it to work, Needs an alignment but might wait to get the new ball joints first. Might be a good time to match my taco tabs before they adjust it all out.
What a difference though, so much tighter feeling and NO More stock lower squeak bullshit to worry about!

good to hear! I think the fact your tabs arent setup the same is a factor on alignment, especially now with the Poly LCAs bushings that dont give. Lets slap in new BJs, adjust the Taco Tabs, and then you can get an alignment to set toe. We can do it at your place or mine.. should be quick and easy. I'm actually not in a rush to do my UCA uniballs now... because I think it may have been the LCA BJs more than anything.. sorry Jacob. or the fact that a wrench touched everything so its all nice and tight again.. So lets do those BJs asap and go from there.

Got them ordered, should be a few days to get them. I'm not upset and still think win/win! You got new lowers and the spacing needed and I upgraded to better lowers. Had to rebuild them in the end but at least you can save on your uniball for now! I'll let you know when they come in and will plan an evening to tackle it.

They do look nice paired up under the truck!

I pressed out one of my old BJs outta my old old set of lowers just to see how difficult it maybe. Worst case on the day we do the Dk set how close is your shop for a press? We can always hover truck and run over to my shop on Power as well. I dont know if a hand press from vato zone will get them out??

I had another local shop here in Phoenix do them. I dropped the truck off and they had it for 2 days while they did everything. Haven't had an issue since.

My badlands jack finally came in. Definitely an awesome floorjack for only 300 bucks. Stout and good quality. Did a little testing with the BTF's over the weekend.. just a small 4x4 trail out to where we go shooting.. didn't even air down or anything, but so far so good. Excited to really test them out. Parking the Taco in the backyard now to pull my Camburg uppers to swap out the Uniballs.. It's time.. been a couple years and they have some slop in em. Going to wait until the rear swingarm shows back up to start messing with the suspension again.. but the plan is to hopefully pull a leaf or two to drop rear ride height.. and then swap my coils from the 700s back to my 650s and adjust front ride height to match the rear. One more alignment then should be good for a while. Last thing will be tuning shocks. Either locally (preferred) or send out. Still need to send out my 2nd set of Summit Dakars for beadlock conversion too.

Been slowly rebuilding my Camburg UCAs the last week or so. Made a removal/install tool for the 1.25" Uniballs, cleaned up the cups, need to order a bushing kit today and then slap them all back together. Cleaned up everything up front and I'll do a fresh coat of paint/undercoat before re-install
