    Hmmmm could try using a leather belt to get around it. Maybe that plus some heat and or pb blaster?

    Spray penetrating oil on it and walk away for an hour. It will come right off. Don't pry on it much, if you do lightly and both sides at the same time

    I did this recently on my VG30, sorry man they really aren't designed to come off any sort of corrosion will freeze them on forever. I drilled a hole right between the keyway and the teeth and then used a dremel to get a crack started and used a cold chisel to widen the crack and work it off. New pulley is required but this is even how the shop manual does it, it is a disposable part.

    Sorry to fill up your thread with Z car stuff @XPOTRPR. @Man of Steel TRD if you ever need a hand with the Z let me know, love to help out and get to learn about the Z32 a bit. I'm almost done putting my Z31 back together. Got the trans, short throw shifter, and driveshaft back in yesterday. Gonna put the top end on the engine and re do the suspension and steering and I'm gonna finally drive this thing more than 10mi haha.

    I've been spraying PB Blaster on it every morning for 3 days after I try to clean it up a bit with some breake clean. I have been also prying lightly on both sides at the same time with no luck. Going to try your method or drilling tapping.

    No prob man, better than trying forever to pry it. I tried and ended up bending the little back plate there and had to get a new one. If you hurt that back plate at all it'll chew your new belt up

    Ummm.. the pitman arm. Lol and I guess spindles obviously. But everything else touching them is new.

    Upper and lower BJ's
    Uppers
    Lowers
    Inner and outer tierods + sleeves
    Rotors and pads
    All the steering is new (steering stabilizer, center link, idler arm, tierods)
    Shocks f/r
    All bushings are swapped to Poly
    Sway bar got a re-fresh plus poly bushings
