That doesn't really help prove anything. It just shows the seller is consistently shitty about communication and timelines.

Edit: and just because people received theirs in the past doesn't necessarily mean he's still making the product. I've seen it a couple of times on here.

OP did nothing wrong and the seller sucks.

All of these people refrained from trying to ruin this dude name on TW when they were waiting.... I think someone is over exaggerating the lack of communication. And are just entitled little sh!t who is upset that they aren’t getting something immediately. Because Amazon has ruined us all.

And ya, also, could he could have figured that out BEFORE sending him money through F&F. When he’s neither an F nor F

Nope, the rest of your post was equally pointless. I just wanted to call out that specific part. You make a baseless claim about his communication with the seller, and then call him an entitled little shit. That speaks a lot about your character and it makes sense now why you're defending the seller.

    :bored:Okay.

first, I said “ I think” not I know. Not a claim. Speculation. If your gonna try and be all offended, by all means.

Second yes, I think it is an entitled little shit. Who can’t be patient.

if you think it’s pointless that all of these other members had similar and longer wait times than the crybaby who made this thread, then your just as dumb as the OP (which isn’t surprising)

And the fact that you are so upset about my nuanced “both of these parties should act better” stance, says even more about your character.

You obviously aren’t tuned in to the number of scams that have been run on this forum over the years, starting out as legit appearing business ventures. It’s happened time and time again to the point that long time members simply are numb to the whole defend the seller thing. Any buyer has every right to secure their money. The OPs initial post is a typical stroke of overreaction but the intent is all the same. You don’t hear from someone for 2 weeks and you get a bit concerned. OP now has enough info to either wait it out a bit longer for some communication on sellers end, or proceed to contact his bank, end of story.

Has anyone not received their harness that hasn’t ordered within the last month? I ordered one from him for a friend that wanted to do the swap and it took about a month to get it.

Sounds like his communication sucks, but he eventually delivers. Understand why the OP is angry, but he should get his part.

Like I said, I think the seller sucks. Bad communication is a good way to tank a good business idea. With that being said, yes, I know there are scams on here, that’s why I don’t do F&F Payment to those who aren’t. Yes if the buyer is this upset, call the bank cancel transaction. I agree

I’ve been buying shit tons of mostly sporting related stuff on line such as knives, guns, fly rods, etc. for a long time from various website classifieds like the one here.

Invariably, the sellers who avoided problems like these were always the ones who were upfront if they had difficulties and stayed in touch with their buyers.

The deadbeat sellers all did the same thing: They all collected money immediately, but were very slow to respond to inquiries from people who had already paid. Very often they would still take orders long after the appearance of threads like this from people who were desperately trying to get ahold of them to get some sort of remedy.

The other thing all those sales gone bad had in common was the slew of fanboys that would come out on call-out threads to defend them. Almost every single one of these train wrecks had people coming out of the woodwork to make excuses and plead a case for giving the guy more time; even when it was obvious that there were issues because the guy was already up to his neck in complaints from buyers.

The most common excuse for the problems was an illness or accident later proven bullshit. Even if there was some sort of legitimate health or emergency issue somehow connected to the seller, it would always turn out later that it wouldn’t really prevent him from completing his obligations or from contacting the buyers and returning their money. It certainly didn’t prevent them from collecting money from new buyers, and adding to an already long list of disgruntled people.

I’m not saying that’s the case here. I’m just saying I’ve been around the block a couple times with this stuff so the second I start hearing about a guy who continues to collect money while ignoring guys who’ve already paid, I tend to get a little leery. YMMV...

Oh, and I almost forgot the most important thing: Never - and I mean NEVER - send F&F payments unless you’re prepared to take the hit if things go south.

I’m not defending the seller, just to be clear, I’m just not taking all of the responsibility off of the buyer. And I think could have made a little bit of inquiry prior to buying this to see there were already issues.
