Thanks, that is what I meant; XRXS = Extra Rigid, Extra Strong, with factory tonneau.
Another question. Can they be flipped over while on the rails without removal (I want to mount a couple accessories, but then can't close the tonneau; if I could rotate the bar 180 degrees by loosening the cleats, then it would work).

I never tried flipping them, but I can't see why you couldn't.

Just ordered a set. Quick question...once mounted to cleats.. Can the bar be easily removed by rotating 90degrees and sliding one end out of the track?.. Hard to explain..

Now I need to order more overpriced cleats..I blame you.. :)

Great design. I plan on making kayak carriers so I can still use the bed for camping gear.

Yep, they can pop right out.

Post pics of your kayak setup when it's ready.

Will do, but it may be a while.

Do I get a tracking number with the cheapest shipping option?

Can you make these to fit a 2016 tundra? These are awesome.

The Tundra cleats don't have screw holes. I can't expect people to drill holes in their cleats, so I pretty much abandoned the idea of making for the Tundra.

Well that was a quick response. Thank you!

Will the taco cleats not fit the tundra rail system? I'll drill I'll drill I'll drill! I just need the right length and I can fabricate it to a set of cleats (oem or aftermarket).

If I thought there would be enough demand from Tundra owners, I'd make a batch. Fact is, I would probably end up sitting on them.

Very cool! Received mine and put it in. More substantial than I expected..I sat in the center( worst case, concentrated center load 165lbs, probably shouldn't ever do it) and had minimal flex. I have no doubt these will carry 3 kayaks without issue.

Still a little awkward sliding the whole bar from front to rear but no more than try to move a standalone cleat.

VooDoo, 2 ends of mine had chipped the powder coat, maybe from shipping. Not much 1/4 inch. I will coat them and forget about it but thought you should know in case theres a trend.. I'm sure this isn't the case with all of them. Great Product!

I would recommend, if the slot distances from each other is arbitrary.. Maybe space them to the width of roof rack attachments on future designs. They are barely off so I will drill.

Installed and drilled to mount my kayak carriers. Also put grip tape in various locations. Will post loaded pictures once I use them.

What size head is on the bolt (& nut) for the hardware that comes with them?

These were 9.5' kayaks. Rear cross bar was in furthest rear track slot (on longbed). Front crossbar was about 24ins away/forward.

I have stacked 4 kayaks on these with no issues but no promises. Your limiting factor is the cleats and rails.
