    I have 2 questions.... 1) Can I still close the factory trifold hard tonneau cover on my 2016 Tacoma with these on (looks like plenty of clearance but just wanted to make sure... 2) What does RTT mean? Oh wait... Roof Top Tent???? Looks like exactly what I need to do a kayak rack similar to other poster and to put a aerodynamic roof top cargo carrier on when we travel for double bed storage.

    Yep, plenty of clearance to close the factory cover.

    RTT = Roof Top Tent.

    And yes these are awesome for kayaks.

    Yes I do have the factory rails and they are in the factory location, the only thing is that I don't have any clearance above the rail itself.

    We have crossbars that can go over your cover (depending on what cover you have)
