    Yes it was tested on an automatic transmission truck and a manual shift. Both showed gains over stock

    I tell people about an hour to an hour and a half if you take your time it certainly could go quicker if you are quite familiar with what comes apart for the install

    Did my gasket dry many years ago, never an issue. I do go back and check torque of the bolts here and there, and after the initial install there might of been one time right after (say 2 weeks later) that stuff needed to be retorqued but beyond that havnt touched it. Honestly forget its there!
