I traded the Tacoma a few weeks ago. I used a handful of times, no rust, have both keys. This comes with proper channel nuts and anti tamper cover plates for the front bed rail. What you see in the picture is what you get. The hardware is not assembled correctly in photo, but it's all there. $65 shipped in the lower 48. I work for a living, but try to ship with in 1-2 days.

I believe the part number was PTS0834070 which is now NLA
