    A few things
i got 4 Yakima q towers. They are in ok condition. One is missing two parts, a c clip for the lock and a black bowl shape thing for the center tightening bolt. I'm assuming these can be purchased for cheap. Comes with 2 keys, one that works and one that's a blank I'm assuming can be cut. I bought these used and never used them, decided to go with a Prinsu rack. $100 shipped. Picture of first single is the one with missing parts, second is what the other 3 look like.

I just got a yakima dupe key cut, and the key guy was nervous about the fact that the 'shoulder' of the replacement key was different from the original. He ended up matching the shoulders (so making the duplicate key shorter than the original), and it worked out fine. Can add a pic if that's unclear.

For what it's worth the blank key is used to remove the locking cylinders. You can buy a spare key through Yakima, the number on the key tells you what to order. Free bump
