None, I installed Rhino ditch tracks to mount the towers. They're made for double cabs but can be cut down to fit an AC.

Ditch Tracks go in the oem roof slot correct? So clip / door interface not involved, right?
I am talking clip to door frame install.

60 will work great for you. I run 58" Thule bars on my shell.

66" round bars on my shell. I like the extra real estate for carrying toys and junk.

Correct, no clips, just the towers held into the tracks with t-nuts. Unlike the oem racks though, drilling is involved no matter which cab style you have, even the double cabs for which they are designed. Just about any rack style can be added or removed pretty easily including baskets or prinsu types. Being in construction I seem to be less intimidated than most by the thought of drilling and adequately waterproofing my roof but I still have a healthy respect for the risk involved. I just fell for the look (or stealth of it really) and decided it was just right for me.

I’m thinking about using a jig saw with a metal cutting blade to trim my 60 inch Jetstream bars a few inches. Does anyone know if the paint will chip and leave a rough edge? Any tips on getting a smooth cut as possible?

I would use a pipe cutter if I was you.

Jetstream aren't round, they're more of a wing shape.

Metal cutting band saw will give you a cleaner cut otherwise wrap with tape and use a new, fine toothed blade.

Smoothest cut will be with a carbide blade on a circular saw. Best/safest to use a chop saw and slow and steady but I’ve done it with an 18V makita handheld and speed square and got a mirrror finish with no chipping(1” square stock 1/8” wall). Not good for the blade though so you won’t get too many cuts.
If you use a jig saw make sure the blade still penetrates both walls throughout the stroke. It won’t work otherwise.
