So I put a 3" lift spring / shock front, and 1.5" leaf back. When I was done my caster was 3/4 degree negative. With the tires all the way forward with the adjusters on my lca's maxed I got to 1.5 degrees Pos.

I ordered a set of uppers that were for 2 - 4" lifts.
I put the things on and then had to run the tires all the way back maxed on the lca's and got it down to 3.5 degrees positive caster from over 6, (my gauge doesn't go higher than 6)

I want 2.5 with the lca's not all the way back, a little forward is ok but I still want to be able to adjust camber and maxed lca's don't get it,,,, it looks like adjustable uca's are the only way to get this correct geometry I'm after, I don't mind running all the way forward as I am only running 32" tires on stock rims.

I hate the idea of spending more on control arms when these were supposed to be the "cure" that I already got,,,, It does look like they would be the cure but would like to hear from someone that has has the same problem, or very close to the same problem (within 1/2 degree) if possible.

What are your thoughts? I know 1.5 technically is in spec but at the outside with stock tires, I have yet to put the 32" tires on to see if they rub with the tires all the way forward but look like they would clear with stock 256/65R17 30.6" on it for now

Its a 2017 Tacoma Sport 6800 miles and slowly counting :)

Thank you my Taco guru's in advance!

You need to take it to someone who knows what they are doing.

    Which UCAs did you order?

That's probably the problem, they are tuff country, they were recommended from a group at work that run them with their lifts, I'm an old school 60's cars restorer guy and have aligned almost all of the cars and trucks I have restored over the years and like what I like on my alignments,, I realize price is exactly what you get and these were not extremely high cost :) I am looking for recommendations, I appreciate your thoughts on

No reason to chase and arbitrary number. Maximize wheel space and work with caster you have. I’m at 1.5

I apologize for telling you to go find someone who knows what they are doing. My fault. Just used to people complaining about alignments who take then to techs that don't know.

I have JBA high castor ucas.

I can appreciate those numbers, I guess my concern is that to get even 1.26 degrees I'm just at maxed and camber is 1.0. I know those are (in) but there is absolutely no room for any future adjustments,, I appreciate the thoughts though.

Honestly 3.5 is great, it will ride much nicer.

Maybe instead of 265/70R17 go bigger.

This is why I only suggest SPC adjustable arms. We can do magic with them at my shop.

Isn't that thing a bit hard to steer at 5 plus degrees caster? unless the tires are fairly large that seems like a bit much but that's just because I never went that far lol

I have 35s, so I need as much space as I can get

These were teh arms I was looking at, what is the caster range on these?, I saw +or- 2 on camber but didn't see any other settings listed but know they do from what they say.

Why 3" lift with only a 32" tire? What are you trying to accomplish?

Here ya go. I had some negative camber before my SPCs and I’m just right at about 0 camber now.

Right now its just that I have a set that was given to me that are like new :) I have been eyeing the 33's though, I have ran BF Goodrich KO's with really good life span and wear, my 08 GMC and 02 Chevy PU's I ran them and got way more miles out of them than the 50,000 listed, the 02 got 75,000 and I traded my 08 in on my Tacoma now and had 40k and looked great, I also did leveling kits and aligned them myself and got that mileage :)

What shocks? If possible (like you can on Bilstein 5100's) I would lower the front down to a 2.5" lift and go from there.
