    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
as long as they're installed correctly...no melting should occur.

maybe that will help that you don't have the factory FLs... It seemed like the mounting holes were lobbed out a little bit from the OEM set.

Has anyone purchased and installed the Ebay Watomi Racing OEM yellow fog light kit. I just received the kit, it doesn't come with any instructions...(weird!). The lights seem to be OEM, and it comes with an OEM looking switch. The harness has what looks like factory plugs. All the parts look right. I have a 2006 Prerunner 4cyl, which wasn't wired for fogs. Apparently all the 6cyl trucks use the same wire harness so the install can be done without using the harness from the kit. I can probably figure this out, but any help or advice will be greatly appreicated, thanks, Greg.

I walked around front and looked at it and also saw the fog and no fog view of the road at night.

It lights up more of the side of the road and is MUCH more visable.

I have the same kit, same thing. The switch doesn't fit the factory slots so I'm just gonna get a switch that fits.

Thanks for the reply, I installed the kit today. I found some wires to tap off to get the harness wired up. If anyone is interested I'll tell you which wires I used. The fogs will shut off with the parking lights. The switch was the big problem. The connector didn't line up with pins in the switch, (5 very thin pins), some masking tape helped line them up. Got everything to work, but like you said, the switch doesn't exactly fill the factory hole, it's made in china like the rest of the kit. The lights look well made but they seem to have a little movement in the bumper holes. At a certain position the adjuster wheel will compensate and tighten the housing up in the hole, but then you're stuck with that setting! I'm a little disappointed with the amount of light the yellows give off, and the switch sucks, but you get what you pay for.....$135... or the real OEM.... $350...they do look good!! Greg.

i love yellow fogs. when i still had my stock bumper/fogs, i had luminics yellow bulbs and 3M yellow film.
now i'm running lamin-x yellow film over my piaa's in my bumper.
love the look of yellow, and it really is much better in foggy conditions.

Yes, the yellow does look great with the lights on, or off!! I just checked the switch at trdparts4u.com...$60!! The local dealer was selling them at that price too, I don't know if it's worth replacing the switch!!

I don't know if you're referring to the fog light switch install. If you are there is no need to cut anything, just use any of the blank switch holes. The fog light switch in the stock position is in the slot next to the mirror switch, but they are all the same size. Some will have a harness plug in them because all the 4 cyl Taco's use the same harness. Unfortunately the 4cyl's don't have the Fog light harness. You will need to file a little off the tab inside the hole, that's all. I chose to use the kit switch because the one off the link is $60. I made a little adapter plate out of some thin aluminum, painted it flat black and put it behind the switch so the switch will snap in place. It looks really clean and stock!
