I have the PE 2.5’s. Love them and I use the adjusters all the time. The stickers can be changed and accutune had them and prob still do if you want the aluminum body and a different color. There’s also some other Fox options if you google, possible custom stickers. That’s an easy fix for you. I like the orange but had my springs coated gloss black instead of silver and think it looks better for my tastes.

    Stawk as FUCK!
Didn’t see anyone mention the fact that Foxes Dual adjuster coilovers have the inherent dressing flaw of having a steel ball bearing between the aluminum adjuster knob & aluminum cover which leads to galvanic corrosion. Quite a few people reporting problems with their adjusters getting hard to adjust and then when they go to adjust them, they over do the torque on the knob to where the internal C-clip which holds the adjuster in place breaks off. Really odd that Accutune doesn’t even mention this common problem & material choice design flaw of the Foxes. That said, I went with King 3.0 IPB adjustable coilovers with resis & couldn’t be happier.

It's a hit a miss issue that not everyone will experience. (for example, I've had DSC's on my Jeep for 8+ years thats been through some serious abuse and I have yet to experience any issues with adjusting them). We've also seen some internal design material changes that seems to be helping with the corrosion issue. Lack of sufficient grease during assembly can also cause issues.

nice. thoughts on not getting adjusters? I am considering ordering the same exact setup you are running.

You will love the set up. I’m stoked IMO figured on putting that extra money elsewhere. Also my buddy is running some Fox elite with adjusters and has never touched them

I think not changing the adjusters is a personal preference. Some people will adjust and others don’t want to bother. I personally adjust mine every time I go out and then when I get back on the street. I love them and love how it changes off road and absorbs those bumps. I have the Fox PE and I had the issue with the adjusters freezing and sent them to Fox. They were repaired but its a pain to take them off and on again as well as have to pay for shipping on them. I feel like one of them is getting tight again though.

I went back and forth for a while between Fox 2.5s and Kings, and I actually had a full set of Kings in my Accutune shopping cart ready to pull the trigger. I slept on it for a couple weeks and allowed my logical part of my brain to take over. In reality, Kings and Fox's are way overboard for what I need, not to mention much more expensive. I do 90% daily driving in my truck and needed something that handled tight on the highways as well as capable for offroad use. I saw that these Bilstein 6112s went on sale after Christmas for $750 preassembled and that was the deciding factor for me. I'm looking forward to getting these on soon, and I'll use the $3k I saved on new tires and possibly a regear. Maybe I'll jump up to Kings or something else down the road when this truck becomes a toy and not a DD, but in the meantime this Bilstein setup is solid enough for my needs. Thanks for all of your help in sharing your experiences and information with me to help make a better and more informed decision.
