Sorry I know this has been beaten to death but I need to get it right. I found this and it states NOTE: Front Upper bushings and washers are not included from Bilstein in this part number, order separately if needed.

    Are those needed???

Also to level the truck, I have no TSB done so I go for the 2" AAL to level the sucker correct? 2011 DC TRD OR. I think I read my self dumb reading all the posts on this but now that I'm about to order I got gun shy and don't want to screw my truck up. Thanks in advance and sorry for the reposts.

You should be able to use the bushings and washers from your old suspension. If you set the billies to 2.5 with a 2" aal you should be about level. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions you want to ask!

Ended up ordering the above with the 1.5" AAL and reading and reading a bunch of posts found that Eibach front springs would be the best route along with these.

Just so I won't mess things up by ordering and ordering parts (trying to get it all in and installed at one time) what else will I need? I.E. brackets, spacers, brake lines etc.

Planning on a not very aggressive lift. 2"-2.5". Daily drive DC TRD offroad. I wheel it but not in extremely harsh places. Trails and such. Please advise, reading is giving me a headache!:annoyed::frusty:

Since ur changing coils to eibachs, get 1 single 1/4" spacer (top plate) for the drivers side only....toytec.

The stock coils are side specific (look once u have them off, the should have a small color coded dot). This is due to the drivers side of the truck weighing more because of the battery, gas tank, u, being on that side.....eibach are NOT side specific, and u will need a very small spacer on that side or you will have a slight lean to the drivers side.....that's exactly why toytec sells a 1/4" spacer by itself.....

I sit perfectly level on both sides in the front with this setup and love the ride!

I have the icon progressive aal tho.

Feel free to pm me if u want.

I saw that in other threads, will definitely get that, as far as hardware and brake lines go should it be ok? Also driveline stuff?

I think I went with steel braided lines before the lift, sorry.

As for the rear vibration.......well, that's a crapshoot. Some get it, some don't....its a taco mystery.

    U have tsb or no?

If not, u may not feel any vibes at 1.5
Some ppl say its an issue bone stock, and the lifts amplify the problem....and again, some say they don't feel a thing.

No TSB. Debating weather or not to get the Eibachs, Some I read are good with them, some say get them.

Funny because I feel a bit of vibration upon acceleration. Was going to take in in for the 25,000 mile service and see what the stealership says.

Torque your u bolts to 75 ft lbs.....it may or may not help, but its worth a try since quite a few users have noticed them being undertorqued from the factory.

As for the coils, u can also use OME....I don't know offhand which model OME coils are compatable with 5100s....or u could go with the ome nitrochargers which were designed for use with ome coils. Iirc ome may be a longer coil.

Errryone has their favorites.....I know that chris4x4s truck rode nice with the ome setup he had when he was here....I think he was at 3" and it was a comfortable truck.

That's the only 1st hand experience I've had with ome sadly.

I've been in a taoma with 5100s set at 2.5" on trd offroad coils (progressive) and it rode rough.....also been in a tacoma with the toytec adjustables that come with eibachs and it was rough.

Even the owner agreed my truck rode smoother thatn his toytec coilovers :(
    I was shocked
