I would use a T handle with screw extractor and tap and turn the T handle at the same to allow the extractor to bite into the hole you drilled in the bolt. I work on Aircraft and have to get lots of screws and bolts out for mechanics who strip them out or break off the head.

I was also going to suggest using a grinder to cut a slit, then using a hand impact hammer to back out the bolt.

I think the answer is cheap/uncoated fasteners. The bottom of the truck has minimal to no rust. I have PB blaster and left hand bits on order from Amazon. I already f'd up the initial hole by drilling at an angle which could be why the easy-out fastener isn't working. I will try the various suggestions and see how it goes.

Like others have said, use penetrating oil, spray it down, use a little heat to drawn the oil into the threads. Use the correct size ezout /screw extractor very important. if you have enough threads exposed can you get a quality pair of vise grips on it, I mean quality not worn out junk something that bites good. If your competent enough to drill the bolt out a few sizes smaller than actual you can then use a dremel tool and punch to loosen and remove the old bolt in pieces.

I usually try left twist drill bits and or welding a nut on.
