Do these work with the ozark trail 16oz as well? Didn't see that listed on the site but did see the yeti 16oz. Just double checking cause I have the ozark trail cups

Yes, it will fit. I updated the site. It should be a 20oz, not sure how 16 ended up on there.

@Tsumara I have my cup holders already and I have found that the 40oz works well if I just rotate your cup holder 90 degrees (rotate towards engine) and it holds the bottles snug enough. There is still a little rattle but it's close enough for government work. Don't drive yourself crazy trying to fit every cup for every truck! :frusty:

At this point stopping would drive me crazy.:) The original design is by far the most versital. After getting several request for the hydroflask, I decided to check them out. I really like that you can compleatly seal them. more to keep dust out as spills aren't an issue with the current cupholder. I also like the volume, but it looks like we will be seeing a lot of 40 oz tumblers this year.

If you don't mind, share some photos of your 40oz hydroflask in the rotated cupholder.

After this have a couple of Lexus LXs, GXs and some Landcruisers to look at. Their stock cupholders are way worse than ours.

The Pelicans finally arrived. I wasn't expecting a USPS delivery on a Sunday. The Pelicans fit just fine. The 32 oz is very tall compared to the Yeti and other Yeti style 32 oz cups. Check out the side by side photo at the bottom. The 22 oz Pelican is taller than the 32 oz Yeti without a straw.

While supplies last I am including a diecut sticker in all of the second gen cupholders. I have enough stickers for my current inventory. If you ordered after the 21st, you got a sticker.

Here are some rush job photos. I included the RTIC tumbler for contrast. Sorry for the mess I'm in the middle of moving and working.
The one thing I noticed is the 40oz hydraflask is a snug fit into the bottom of the cup holder well. So I think for people who are addicted to their hydraflask maybe your half cup holder would be a good move. Good luck and let me know how I can be of help. Love the existing model!

Thanks for the photos. How do the tumbler and hydroflask ride like that? I did quick test and they were a little floppy. I have already removed the ribs in my cup holder cubby so the hydroflask would easily bottom out. It really opens the cubby up to the larger containers. Don't remove the center ribs as they are not in the way and are key to making my inserts work.

The half Insert will need some modifications to work with a hydroflask on the open side as it uses slightly more than half of the cubby.

The tumbler rattles as shown, because there is just too much space. The hydraflask holds in place especially because there is some pressure exerted by the ribs. It is solid for dirt road, highway and general driving, but I haven't done off-road testing with it. If you put a C cut in the half insert would that do enough to hold the hydra? And I will keep my center ribs, I am not going to risk ruining my ability to use your cup holder!!!!!

Cool. Thanks for the info. Yes, I can route out the open side of a half insert to work with the Hydroflask. Hopefully I'll get some time to try that soon.
