    What's up folks. New Tacoma owner. Super excited. '99 V6, 5sp, ext. cab 4x4... Dark green mica. Came with a set of off-road tires, and street. Hitch and basic tow wiring set up. Ive read I need a brake controller. Pretty sure it's got a small lift kit installed. Beds been sprayed as well as the hood, tail gate, and fenders. Needs a new rear bumper. Little bit of rust on the chassis. Looking at a ladder rack to go over the bed cap. And in the process of getting a small trailer. Trying to stay around 16'. I didn't expect it to tow a fifth wheel or something but I did think it could pull more than 5k ... So on top of the brake controller im thinking about a snorke intake, performance chip and exhaust. Also a differential upgrade. I'm very far from being a mechanic. Done my oil and brakes a few times. Any advice or tips would be appreciated.     My thing is framing/carpentry and my desire is to travel. Hence the trailer.. Tacomas are supposed to be super solid. I've also always wanted a off-road beast. Something to tear up a corn field or terrain park.. yeah it's more a welt than a bite lol
