I have a full-size on my swingout rear bumper, so the factory spare can go. This was used once when I had a blowout on one of the crappy factory tires. It's in good shape and fully functional.

Camera switch, Toyota normal style (non-S) - $15 shipped
This fits in the taller cutout. It is a "Toyota Push Series" -- NOT the small one. I haven't used it, I ended up needing a Toyota Small Push Series for my application with a MesoJDM panel.

I ended up using only the passenger side for my MOLLE panel in my truck. The driver side is unused. This comes with hardware too, but just the OEM hardware instead of upgraded (so white nylon spacers, zinc screws). See the above item for the thread with applications.
