    There are comments in the WTF thread saying that the truck was set up for handicap driver, but friend was driving and didn't know the controls too well.

    Inwondernit was how it was filmed? No juttering, smooth movement, everything kept in frame, etc. It's almost as if done by drone, but I don't hear the normal whirring noise. Maybe a really tall person holding a go pro above his/her head?

    Yea, that makes sense. You could see the cop come up pissed (as you would be if you were just hit) and then take a quick chill pill when he opened the door.
