    So i put the speakers in, thought i could use the stock surround but thats not possible... Its not pretty, but it fits good, and just like carpenters and cat, i get to cover up my mess with the door panel. Also a guy on fb raptor lined his whole truck and i have been plannin on doin that for a couple years now... Maybe 3rd or 4th on ths list

    Its the same stuff i have on my rockers and flares its pretty good stuff

    Raptor liner. He said he used about 1.5 kits for 2 coats thats 6 bottles kits are just over $100 usually

    Yeah its a 2 part epoxy the bottles come 3/4 full and u fill the rest with activater and shake for like 2 mins. The bottle thread fit the spray gun and u just spray away

    not much goin on still but it is that temperature that it is almost mandatory to drive with the windows down so... I'm pretty much deaf

    Have you made much progress with tuning the mapecu3? I finally hooked mine up last weekend but haven't really started playing with it.

    Nope still just stock tune stock injecters.

    Ah...okay. Hopefully, this weekend I'll spend some time with it. The AFR module is making me run just a hair rich. Before I hooked up my mapecu3, I was running at a straight 14.6 AFR when cruising. With the mapecu3 hooked up, I'm running at 14.3-14.4 AFR, so I'll need to put a little offset into the AFR table to get me back to 14.6.

    Couple other issues, I noticed is that I've lost my cruise control. I wired mine up to do Speed Limiter Defeat and the mapecu3 is reading the speed frequency, but for some reason the signal isn't being pushed to the stock ECU. The speed being reported through the OBD2 port to my Ultragauge is only like 1-2 MPH when I'm cruising at 60-70 MPH. The speedo and odometer work fine still. I also have it wired to read coolant temp, and that reading is off too. My Ultragauge reports 190 and the mapecu reads 140-150.

    Coolant temp even on my Haltech was off. Since both the oem and aftermarket were using it. Guess it changed the resistance. I had to use an aftermarket sensor, then it all went back to normal.

    Are your speed sensing wires backwards?

    I don't think so, but I'll double check it this weekend. The mapecu3 uses the KVF in/out for speed cut defeat. The input comes from the vehicle side and the output goes to the ecu. The mapecu3 displays a speed frequency on the dashboard when I'm driving, so it is reading something. I don't know what the speed/frequency conversion is, but if I remember right, I was reading around 60-65 hz at 65-70 mph.
