And a shift kit at minimum lol

 

Injectors are in and big hands and tight spaces are for the birds

And i only dropped one o ring down on the valves but we fished it out

i mean you need to get on it, you have a NA motor putting out as much hp as a trd sc engine, you gotta get that new ball bearing turbo on that sucker and getcha 550 tq to the wheel

 

Ain't that the troof. According to Haltech, since the V.E. fuel map has been completed, then all I have to do is install the new injectors. Once I update the file with their specific flow rate and dead times, it should work without needing to make adjustments to the V.E. table. Basically, no need to retune.

If so, that will be the easiest injector upgrade that I have ever done. Fingers and toes crossed.

 

cracked my oil return line a couple weeks ago and then replaced it with a hydraulic line which must have been a little small ID because I had oil coming out my exhaust pipe , went to lowes and picked up some iron and brass and now I hope I have a solution

 

Is it working properly now?

maybe... right after I got everything hooked up I hit the shower and headed to the casino so I didn't fire it up, and it still isn't tuned so I guess "it" if you are referring to the truck/turbo set up, then no it is not. hopefully this fixes the oil issue now and I can get to work on the tune and that should about wrap it up

Got her running pretty good up to 65 mph <2500rpm vacuum leak around injectors (dont throw stock injector isolators away, they are pretty crucial or do like me and spend $25 on new ones) and had my wife co-pilot while i pulled fuel.

 

I'm surprised yours leaked. Where was it leaking? By the rails or on the block side?

 

It leaked on the manifold, those orings that came on the injectors were muey no bueno
