    :humble:but for real you should check out some other guys 1 gr turbo stuff, @Torspd is the Godfather of turbo 1gr and has put more blood sweat and tears in than anyone else I would venture to say. he knows the platform forwards and backwards and you can take what he says for gospel. I'm more or less just poking and hoping with a halfway general idea of whats going on because of the real pioneers. (I've noticed your activity in my thread for the past couple days and was wondering when you were gonna speak up haha) before you start buying stuff, check out the turbo bs thread and get a good feel for stuff over there cuz there is a ton of knowledge accumulated over there. also there are a few things that I wound up not using or replacing, although most of which is discussed in here but feel free to ask before you start throwing cash around.

    You can get the manifold and Downpipe cheap, but the rest should not be skimped on if you want reliability

    Somewhere, I found a reliable <7psi kit for under $1k. I'd have to dig through my chrome history to find it.

    Probably the Ozboost kit. @dirtdigginjoe can source the manifold and downpipe that Ozboost uses, directly from the supplier. Then you can get a good turbo from somewhere else as well as all charge piping.

    those are for the 3rz not the 2tr. like @MrCrowntown said the ozboost manifold can be out sourced with down pipe for like $400 and the rest of that kit is pretty much crap and needs to be replaced anyway; on the cheapest end with minimal fabrication, you could find an internally wastegated t28 turbo (I assume you can get a pretty good one for less than 1k) and then a universal intercooler kit and a few extra reducers and couplers and stuff for around $200 and have that "kit" but a lot better set up imo for ~$1500 and then upgrade your fuel system and get a way to tune it, I would say you could get into a well put together set up for ~$3k with a little elbow grease and ingenuity.
