Keep in mind, it will get dirty/muddy on the trails too.
I just want a little extra pep in 'er step! Without breaking the bank, internals, or transmission.

I don't understand turbos that are not basically identical to mine but I think this would bolt up to the ozboost mani and would be that "lil pep" to the tune of 300hp ish it looks like

The v6 will require a new ECU and harness, which will not be cheap, on top of the motor.

Holy piss water! That's double-ish stock hp!

No way to turbo without ECU and all those other extra doo dads? This would be a tune to 5 psi and forget it kinda thing.

Well, if you want cheap, you might have to settle. LCE is developing a turbo manifold right now, but it will be more than you can source the ozboost manifold for.

Cheap isn't so much a priority as I want it to be in this situation, and I know that i shoould skimp on something like this.
I also know that I'll see how much boost I can push just for giggles. I'm thinking longevity and help merging on the highway and bouncing uphill trails at a faster speed haha

I think most of us have been there... buying cheap crap or half assin stuff only to deal with it later. DO NOT SKIMP is the best 3 words those of us who have boosted our tacos can say to those contemplating boosting. No Chinese wastegates or cheap gaskets, gauges and clamps. And of course go with stainless steel exhaust even if it’s budget 304

I can confirm that the manifold is NOT shitty, and it took all of about 1 week to arrive to my doorstep, along with the downpipe....via FedEx.

Also- it cost me about $325 for both with shipping.

That's pretty reasonable. I've never had good luck with ali baba, though.

That manifold is the only piece that KirkRio still has from his OzBoost kit. Everything else has been replaced and upgraded.

well its been a while since I have done anything to my truck and will prolly still be a month or so (I have to wait till it gets 100 degrees before I can work on it of course) but I found a little exhaust leak that needs to be fixed (one of a few I'm sure)
[IMG] my upstream o2 sensor is out so I'm always in open loop and that should be addressed at some point, I still can't top my tank off without gas coming out (not from the spout like out of the tank) so I assume that when I put the lid back on it didn't get on tight enough or something, that should be fixed, my ac condenser needs to be replaced still (new one has been riding in my back seat for a year and a half) I have a front wheel bearing assembly on order that should be here next week but it will be june before I can get around to replacing that, I need to put a gm flex fuel sensor in and hook it up to the mapecu3, but I wanna wait till I get an aem wide band sensor installed so I can knock out all the wiring at one time. and there is prolly something I am forgetting but, it's practically done. oh obviously my tune is slightly off because of the bad o2 sensor so ill have to adjust it once that is replaced also, then ill have a 12 second truck :bananadead::transformer::burnrubber: not enough smileys for all these emotions

finally got my o2 sensor swapped and also swapped in a new AC condenser, my tune is still really rich (see how terribly slow 3-4 lbs of boost is at wot) so I threw a code shortly after the o2 install but I hope to fix that in the upcoming week or so. still have several little things to do and it's freakin hot so motivation is lacking rn.
