With maggie and stryker. Whats your thoughts on trans shifts part throttle. After install it seems there was a very noticeable momentary power cut right at shift. It seems to be less noticeable a day later as im sure the tranny is relearning. Anyone notice it also. It seems 3-4 and 4-5 are the most noticeable.

Tunes take about 400mi to fully settle. You gotta give it at least 150mi to sort out, esp the AT.

The maggie tune does get better everyday. Tons more torque at part throttle than the original maggie tune.
I really like it now. Im putting on a brake controller and a tranny cooler and Ill be ready to haul my car around.
Great job to those who worked on it.

The "Maggie Tune" is a POS. Thinking you were reporting on the YotaWerx Tune. If not....GL.

Great to hear. It's gotta fill out values for all types of acceleration and such. Weirdly in some of the old OVT Beta tunes, I saw changes at over 1,000mi. Crazy stuff.

Lol Im talking about the YW maggie tune. I understand they have non maggie tunes. Who would get on here after paying 500.00 to talk about a tune they gave up?
    Shoot aim load.

Still loving the N/A Tune! The snappy throttle is taking some getting used to and "learning". I can't wait to drive my taco when I'm home on the weekends!

You might be surpised what gets posted. Glad you like the YotaWerx Stryker Tune. If you flashed the Magnuson SC Tune you would know just how under developed it is. You made the right choice with YotaWerx.

PSA: VFTuner has been working on resolving a bug with 04A72 EROM files (the type of file that both Magnuson and YotaWerx use for supercharger tunes) which is resulting in bricked ECU's or a dead pedal for both companies.

It also looks like the same bug is present on 04A71 EROM files.

Sales of the Stryker tune for 2018 6MT 3GTacoma will be temporarily unavailable until this is resolved. I apologize for any inconvenience; thank you for your patience and support.

Hello - wondering if the bug also affects 2018 ATs; has anyone successfully flashed a 04A61? My ECU is unfortunately bricked after my attempt to flash it yesterday; I took every precaution and was very careful, however I’m not a seasoned tuner so I cant rule out user error.

Anyone have any recommendations for someone in the Colorado Springs area that can recover a ECU via Bench Tune?

Did you try the Recovery tool? Gen 2 Force Flash.

    That should fix it.

Yes, I've been emailing him back and forth. Said he tried it multiple times.

@MGMSangTaco is in Denver I think.

You're right I hated it. I do a lot of mods on everything I own. I couldn't tell any difference after I put the original maggie in unless I throttled it hard.
This tune lets you know its supercharged where you need it down low.
    Worth the money for sure.

Yep. No issues with my 04B04 either. Newest version on Vf Tuner (1.6.3) was easy and flash process was much faster.

Can you elaborate on the Gen2 Force Flash?

On a side note it sounds like a Chuck Norris movie.
