What they use in Russia, may be damaging to the vehicle...

we use similar units on our jobs in Canada. you run the hoses through the center of the concrete you are pouring, so keep it at a high enough temperature to properly cure. takes some serious BTUs to keep the concrete warm in 40-50 below winters.

Why dont they get hammers salt and antifreeze and crank it up. It would take a while but might be able to break it loose and pull on it with a truck some.

^That turbine-powered dragster at 1:25 is just nuts.

Also surprising to see them run slicks. With the Red Bull F1 car also running well in the dirt, makes me wonder if we've been doing it wrong all these years. :D

This kinda reminds me of a fuck up I almost made in my silverado. I was climbing a hill, not knowing what was on the other side. I luckily bottomed out on the very top. The other side was an almost straight drop into a retention pond close to 30 foot below the top of the hill. If I wouldn't have bottomed out and got stuck I have no clue how my truck would have gotten out. Crane or helicopter probably. Me as a stupid kid.

I would start with just letting in run at a 3000 rpm to heat the motor and exhaust. Then run some type of outdoor heat mat and start trying to heat and chip away at the ice under it. Avoiding a complete thaw out. The more you thaw the more there is to freeze back. (Easier to pull it out onto ice rather than frozen ass mud) I wonder if deflating the tires would aid in breaking them loose? Using a breaker bar to push between the ice and tread. Being persistent and stubborn go a long way. Either way this shit is awesome!

This was my thought, let the exhaust get warm drill some holes route the pipe from exhaust in it to heat it up and use one of the tree stump breakers with a sledge and repeat 20 times

This makes me laugh a little bit.

First snow a week or so back a guy got stuck in a Chevy truck so me and a buddy pulled up in our tacomas and grabbed tow straps to help him out. He started talking shit about our trucks so we packed up and left. little did he know we both own Fords full size trucks aswell. What a dumb ass the truck is still in the same spot lol.
