well saturday i got the front of the lift in, installed the diff drop and the allpro skid plate. i will be installing the AAL either tomorrow or wednesday and hopefully i'll have the cb, nav/dvd and tinted windows before i leave for guard on saturday. the 3" lift up front puts the front about .5" higer than the back....so no pics until i get that fixed w/ tha aal...lol

    Thats gonna look good.

Whenever I decide on what I'm doing with my Taco I'm gonna tint my tails as well.

Why are you wasting time on the diff drop? You could've had your AAL's in by now...

uh huh....took me 4 hours to do all i did saturday, all by my lonesome. reinstalling struts is a bitch w/o someone else to push the LCA's down. i also had to quit early enough to get it aligned and road ready to drive 2 1/2 hours that night

And....? I did my whole lift by myself in in 5 hours... And it was my first time doing it.... Not like I was transferring it from one truck to another and already knew what to do... :boink:

Besides.... there's no real benefit from a diff drop kit. So like I said... You coulda gotten the AAL's in if you had skipped the DD kit. :D

a little trick i learned...now that its too late...is use a bottle jack between the uca and the fender well to jack down the arms to fit the coils in...

i got in there and put my foot on the LCA, my back against the top of the inside fender, and pressed up and down at the same time, while maneuvering the strut back in w/ my hands...fun shite
