Nope. The Bakflip mounts to them and then seals on the top rail...
I don't mind modifying, just want it to sit under the cover, as my bed is locked and secure when the cover is down

I was planning to get the high rise \ rack, the all the time reverse and remote start? I think there a is the code for the others, but I dont want to order everything separately to get the discount and rack on shipping fees.

 

You guys seem to have the best line-up of Taco bed accessories.... that being said. I have a '17 short bed that I intend to buy the medium height bed rack (10") so I can mount a RTT. I would like to have something like your aluminum cargo basket to mount UNDER the rack, but above the tonneau cover, by mounting the basket on roller bearing rails... If anyone at KB Voodoo can help me out, please....
