Leave it alone and buy a motorcycle?

Leave it alone and take a vacation somewhere?

Leave it alone and drop $3k on the loan?

Just look at the build thread
Full skids, sliders, tires. Throw the rest toward paying the loan off early or stick it in the bank to fix things you break when wheeling.

Thanks for the input everyone. I have ordered sliders, I already had a pelfreybilt skid. Next will be tires and trying to decide on RTT vs camper shell for camping setup.

If I was you I'd get a cap and A/T tires (get a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws for around $500, or BFG KO2s for $850+)
Since you are not into a cap, as mentioned above, check out Decked drawers. Both cost around the same new.

Edit: camper shell > RTT. has more aplications and is just as easy to take of the truck as the RTT. You'll need a bed rack of some kind for mounting the RTT as well.

This is sound advice. Take it out with a buddy who also has a 4x4 and see if it meets your needs today or if there are any weaknesses you should address.
