    Looking good, Barry!

Did you buy that winch yet?

Or, have you picked one out?

Yes. I picked out a winch. I’m going to have to uninstall it though from a 4Runner

    Lol, come try it!

I know that I have very little to go on, but this Warn EVO seems to be a pretty solid unit. I'm hoping to not really need it much, but I feel pretty confident that it will get the job done.

I'm looking forward to hearing your feedback after the re-gear. It looks like the shop knows what they're doing.

    Oh yeah. They’re sharp.
Actually.. that’s just the oem gearing still. They do a paint pattern prior to removal to see where Toyota has it set.
So they have a general idea of where it needs to be factory. Then they’ll tighten that up .001” so that during regular driving the pattern is a little tight, and when off-roading under a load, the pattern actually would be perfect.

I remember my buddies trying to explain that to me a few years ago when one of them was building an old Trans-Am. It's pretty interesting, for sure.

    I picked up a ticket for KOAR:bananadance:

    hopefully it actually happens!

Gears are in finally. Been without the truck for over a week now, this dang virus has been slowing vendors down big time. ARB compressor is in its final install phase and truck should be done Monday minus any surprises.

Then it’s my turn to work on the truck lol
Front bumper and bed rack update from @SOS CONCEPTS, rock light kit from YotaMafia and battery terminal upgrade from @SDHQ OFFROAD

this is a savage ass build, like how u went for the more functional rear bumper first rather than aesthetic front bumper

    It wasn’t totally free.

Don’t listen to him @boston23. Thank you for digging the build! I always wonder why people went with front bumpers first over ditching the low rear end. Rear bumper first was always my plan, time table wise it got bumped up cause @In4aride had a bad ass military giveaway and I won and picked the bumper.
