    95.5-97 face looks the meanest.
    Ive also never seen it with an ARB before, only the 98-00 and 01-04 with them, so im psyched to see mine with it next week!

    I feel the exact same way. I thought the 2nd gen was ugly as hell but learned to like it. 1st gen is definitely my favorite.

    Hands down the 01-04 by far. Older ones are second, and anything newer (05-current) are but ass ugly.

    I like third the best, followed by first and second last (always thought the head lights were too big & square).

    New Pioneer stereo, and all 4 speakers with Infinity components. Sirius satellite radio. Deckplate mod done. Door buzzer silenced forever thank God, tinted windows, vent visors, hood protector(bug guard), ceramic pads and new rotors, dechromed EVERYTHING. 2" Lift front 3" rear. Skyjacker AAL's and replacement leafs(and front spacers) from Fatbobsgarage.com. Skyjacker 7000 Hydro rear shocks, those Bilstein 5100 fronts are coming soon!
    I like THE 98-00 face,THEN the 01-04, BUT, it looks sorta funny with that big nose sticking out. Lastly I like 95-97, the newer ones are not my favorite, they are nice, but I like them up to 04. Yet, I love all Taco's, just biased on my 00...

    Yeah I'm with ya man. Something about the grill and headlights on the 01-04 just looks terrible to me. I like every other toyota truck/suv made except for that one.

    I like the 01-04 front end, I think it better matches the rest of the truck's contours than the 95.5-97 and 98-00.
