2002 Frontier all done up. Had almost 300K on it and it was going to start being a money pit. Definitely got my monies worth out of it though.00S0S_2hMUdbYjSmT_1200x900.jpg 00x0x_bPU6Hh2vZMi_1200x900.jpg 00E0E_2ed3VovgPkN_1200x900.jpg

2003 Lexus IS300. It's still my daily driver. Bought my 3rd gen about 3 months ago. It still feels weird when I switch vehicles because the truck is lifted and the car is lowered.

Yes I still wish I had it. But it just wasn’t safe for the family no airbags no power steering no nothing like that. But I do miss it.

Sheesh, who still drives an old honda? I think you should sell that to me for 3,000.

    Stock.
Loved this Xterra until it became an electrical issue nightmare. Still got a good trade in on it for my beloved Taco.

In March of 2000, I purchased a 2000 Tacoma Pre-Runner as a retirement gift to myself. I kept it 14 years, until Feb 14 when I purchased a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser (Cement).

I really enjoyed the FJ, but quickly tired of having to use the hitch platform to get 3 5-gallon containers of gas for the ZTR (very big yard). In March of 2017, I purchased a Tacoma Limited (Barcelona Red). I love the mileage, the ability to carry fuel without the hitch platform. and the overall style of the truck.....

AND, I got a great deal on the cost of the new Tacoma, and a very great deal on the trade in price of the FJ (Mint condition, 17,000 miles) ALL IS GOOD....

Still have this, but now it's no longer a daily driver thanks to the Tacoma.

    • 1st: 02 Mustang GT - 5MT - Installed a supercharger on this and proceeded to blow the motor. Made almost 400rwhp in a motor with cast pistons before it died. Good learning experience I guess, heartbreaking as a young lad to lose something I worked on for years.
    • 2nd: 03 Mustang Cobra - 6MT - never thought a car would scare me. Made over 500rwhp - was a true rocketship and went through tires like butter. At full throttle this thing was nuts
    [IMG]
    • 3rd: 01 Audi S4 Avant - 6MT - tried to calm down and build a reasonable all-weather car to get me through grad school. Ended up dumping more money into this and putting some bigger turbos on it. Made 383awhp and was a great sleeper. Ridiculously over-engineered and costly to maintain. I've had trouble with Audis (my wife's A4 has been screwy). When they work, they drive SO well, but it's rare that you'll have one that's issues free unless you bought it new.

Bought my '17 6MT OR as my first new vehicle ever. It's my current daily, but in 2 years or so I will find my way into something quick for a 2nd vehicle, so I can go back to rwd glory. Love having the truck - definitely a lifestyle change and it starts every morning. Having the truck plus a performance car is a lifelong dream which will hopefully be realized soon!
