De-pooped the backyard, played football with the dogs in the poop-free backyard, shop vac-ed the living room, watched A Bronx Tale, ate some seafood gumbo, did my taxes. All in all a pretty laid back Sunday.

Did already! That chow mien is a mean mother f-er.

You know I thought about it, but I realized I've gotten everything out of the service that I could in 5.5 years. 100% post 9/11 gi bill eligible, life experience, 2.5 years police/security experience, federal police academy (FLETC). I have a college police academy application sitting on my counter and I'm ready to move on to civilian police life!

Woke up, cleaned my new kitten's dump box, then watched a few episodes of Pawn Stars. Decided I needed to get out being that it was 75 and sunny so I went to the Barton Creek Greenbelt here in Austin. It was my first time ever going there and it is beautiful. Got back home, made steak tips and asparagus for dinner, did a little homework and now I'm watching Modern Marvels having a night cap.
