its absolutely possible, good eye. It’s under a lot of tension sometimes because I need to smash the tailgate into the bike tire to get it to hook up.

Shoulder Bolt - 18-8 Stainless Steel Low-Profile Precision Shoulder Screw 12 mm Shoulder Diameter, 10 mm Shoulder Length, M10 x 1.5 mm Thread

    Nut - High-Strength Steel Distorted-Thread Flange Locknut Class 10, Zinc-Plated, M10 x 1.5 mm Thread

Washer - I used a M8 washer I had on hand and tapped it for M10-1.5 threads. The thread relief on the shoulder bolt caused way too much play between the bolt and a standard M10 washer such that the shoulder would not bear down on the washer fully. The threaded M8 washer provided the least amount of play.

Curious, does your driver's door control panel not have the blank spot where the switch normally goes?

Figure this one is a little unique. I used a passenger side fuel rail from a 2UZ with an integrated fuel pressure regulator and used it on the drivers side of my 1UZ converting it to a return style fuel system. The fuel pressure regulator connects to the fuel return hard line on the truck for a seamless swap.

Also, having a 1UZ is unique too I guess.

Absolutely. I talk a bit more about it in my build thread but used a 2UZ upper/lower oil pan and pick up tube. Fits nicely around the front diff.

I built my own harness for the transfer case sensor, ADD actuator, speed sensor, and reverse lights. All works as it should.

Awesome. motor swaps that retain IFS 4wd on these trucks are rare because they're hard to do.

Dunno if it’s so unique but it sounds really cool and I actually went up over the frame with a custom little side dump. Ran out of tubing when I did my catback so I decided to just turn it sideways XD
