    Update

So i replaced my stock leaf springs with the toytec 2" add-a-leaf for the Allpro standard pack. here are the pics.

This is my before height. 39.5"

removing the shock showed that they were limiting my travel since they were a half inch short when the springs were fully extended.

I installed the AP springs and took measurements for proper shock lengths from top mounting point to the bottom hanger when the springs are at full droop.

The extended length is 26.5", so a 27" shock would work best to get all the travel without over extending the shock.

This shows how short my springs are at the moment, almost 2" too short.

The difference of droop lost because of the shocks im running.
left are at full droop, right with the shocks limiting droop.

The measurement after lift is 41.5". about 2" of lift.

Now i got to look out for some used Icons with resis before i could even think of going wheeling.

I found it on Ebay a while back. it was pretty unique and it has hold up a while with the Arizona sun.

Some flex pics with the Allpro standard pack. brake lines still have slack and shocks are not getting overextended.
    droop_cb7346636089f1bdaedcafc97851a29c27f8acff.jpg

I'm hitting bumps before shocks and the rear tire fits nicely into the wheel well.
    FLEX2_6c85f3f4bd4b507e27c0f0f0dd6f91011598d738.jpg

Im planning on going with extended brake lines but added a spacer to the rear for the mean time.

also bought some cheap lights and wired them as reverse lights. I linked them to the trailer harness so they come on automatically when i shift into reverse.

Just splice into the yellow wire.

Oh, and i got AVID sliders with kickouts and replaced my front brakes.

    Truck looks bad ass!!!

Hows the gas mileage? You pretty much have the suspension and wheel set I'm looking into getting but everyone is telling me I would hate my gas mileage if I become a 4inch lift truck with bigger tires

City driving is 15mpg but i do get 18-19 doing 65 on the freeway.
I calibrated my ultraguage for the tire size difference so it should be a good measure.

Thanks man, hope everything is well

I believe it was made by Bovad, a fabricator in Phoenix.
I like the design because it has the ablility to to swing to a 90* angle if i need more room in the bed. I just need to buy another bed bar and add the mounting points for the tire carrier. so keep an eye out in Cali if one turns up.

Geat looking truck man, I have an 08DCLB 4x4 and I wish it looked like yours. I actually just did the black-scoop and lower valence this weekend when i was replacing a broken bumper, so i saw yours and went

Hows the ride quality with those spindles? I found you're thread by accident when i was looking up reviews of them. Is this a pretty simple 4'' lift? I hate a stiff ride but anything better than the feel of a pro comp lift is okay with me. You could run over an ant and the still feel it with that pos...
    Thanks!

It's a great look up front.

The spindles are great. But before I get your hopes up, they only work for prerunners.
