YZF600r Low compression on all cylinders

Can anyone give some insight in to my problem here? I'm reading right at 60 psi on all cylinders, adding oil to the cylinders only increased the pressure by 5 psi. This was done with the throttle open and cranked until pressure stabilized. I did this test due to the loss of power I felt on the bike. No matter what, I could never push it past 80 mph and getting there was terribly slow.

I'll be performing a leak down test tonight, so hopefully that will yield some useful information.

Has anyone ever experienced this, the uniform loss of compression? Just looking for probable causes this could be attributed to before I tear in to this motor.
