Didn't say that. Read my earlier posts and you'll see that I said he did nothing illegal by shooting TM but he still could have avoided it. He did the right thing by calling the police. He likewise had no choice but to shoot when his fat ass was jumped. However, you don't go looking for trouble when you have a gun. He should have waited for the police as there was no immediate threat. Also, TM was not up to criminal activity at the time. He ultimately was doing nothing wrong prior to attacking GZ.

 

He should be found not guilty. Once TM jumped him, how does GZ not know TM has a gun or a knife. Once you are on the ground you are already loosing the battle. He used the equalizer he had.
