You guys notice the sign at the beginning of the show to " Erica " and the zombie on Michonne's side of the car had a bracelet that said " Erica " ?

 

I saw that too, just a weird little aside in the writing i guess, I think they write shit in there just to mess with us.

Someone said earlier that the time frame showed that it had been what...almost 2 years since the start of the show when Rick got shot.

I mean Lauri spent 9 months prego right? and she found out after they had already met Herchel at the farm.
So Rick spent how much time from he got out of the hospital to getting healed up with Morgan and Duane. To going to atlanta and meeting up with the first crew...to getting to camp.
And then how long were Mischonne and andrea together after the farm burned. I thought it was like 9 months that Andrea told the govnuh and Merle,right?
So....I'm thinking more like 3 years.
Cmon man. Carl takes a 30-30 or .300 win mag to the chest not to long ago and its like it never happened??


So I have a few issues with the show.
In almost 3 years..I have yet to see it get cold and anyone wear anything other than a shirt and jeans. Yes its in the atlanta area. I'm 50 mins north and its 19 degs outside right now.

In nearly 1.5 of those 3 yrs, they were driving around in shitty broken down vehicles. (i.e. Camper that kept breaking down, samurai, a wagoneer? and some other piece of crap.)

There's hundreds of thousands of vehicles on the highways, parked in garages, streets, etc and they were driving those pos?
......and surely to God they must have passed by several national gaurd centers full of H1 alphas and tons of M35A3 or whatever flavor transport you like. Not to mention the fine weapons and ammo that are there as well.

Or hell, How bout the local Jeep dealer and just pick out a few brand new rubi hardtops?

Also, one other thing.
Ricks a cop. Probably raised there in town, married his high school sweetheart. Raised that brat there. So all he knows is "locals" that more than likely have a weapon or two? Cmon man.There's probably 10 gun shops in that little town. There's probably been 50 walmarts from that little town to where they are now. Surely that weapons stash at the police station wasnt the biggest that he knew of.

If I could pick 2 of the cast to survive the apocalypse with it would be:

Michonne and Beth.

I thought it was funny that rick said he knew where the guns were because he signed the "permit" There is no permit to own a gun in GA, and the state handles the licensing to carry, not the local sherif.

 

Last night's episode was so dull and pointless 15 minutes into it my girl and I went at it just out of sheer boredom.

 

Reading a little too much into it, Matic... If the story had been factual, then there wouldn't be a show on zombies, right? Because any sane person knows that kind of thing won't ever happen...
