    wow... Andrea, so close.

I honestly thought the Gov was done for. But no way he'll die that easily.

Me thinks the Gov got bitten in that warehouse..

He was wearing the trenchcoat and had it buttoned up all the way ever since he got back from that little trip. And if you ask me, he acted a bit "off" ever since he got back too, like things had changed for him. And when milton asked him if he was alright he shrugged the question off and never answered it.

    Just my little theory.

Only two more episodes, I can see this coming to light and being his demise in the season finale.

I agree 100%! He was standing funny and favouring his right side while he was talking to Milton. I was watching on my iPad so not the biggest screen... I'll watch it again on the DVR later in the week and look closer.

I think that he shrugged the question from Milton because he was already suspicious of the walker roast... However, I don't think the gov was bitten for a couple of reasons: one, don't they turn pretty quick after being bitten? If he was, then the timeline for the next couple of shows would be off...; and two, as I have said before - there needs to be some sort of antagonist or the public will get tired real quick of just zombies...

took a while for that one dude in the first season (the one the left beside the road). i think if you are simply bitten, say on the hand or other extremity, they are allowing a longer period before the turn. if you have an artery ripped out w/ a bite, that's another story.

True, but if I recall correctly it wan't more than a day, right? And we know the gov will be on there for the last 2 episodes so to me it would make sense that he wouldn't be bitten. And, if he were to be, then his part in the series would have been relatively small.

Now, the question of the coat he was wearing when talking with Milton the same he was when he was going all batshit on Andrea?

**Disclaimer: My statements are theory at best and in no way should be construed as the end-all facts.

I agree with Ripcord. I just watched the episode again on dvr. I suspect he got bit or scratched.

It wouldn't surprise me this Woodbury vs. prison thing came to a screeching halt. It may be a long shot, but Martinez didn't have a problem getting along with Daryl for that short period last week.

I suspect the Gov might die in the next episode, and the cliffhanger will be a massive herd of walkers moving into the area. In the season finale, the two groups (without the Gov) will be forced to join forces to fight the herd. Just a thought.

it does seem like there are a lot more wandering around in the woods as of late. started back in the late 2nd season, but it seems like there are more in low residential areas.

Not so sure on the being bitten part...

Martinez may have not had a problem, but he damn sure didn't have a problem getting the walkers ready for another walker bomb, did he?

    .
IMO they had to up the random walker killings to offset the soap opera-ey feel to things, a way to cram all that storyline in somehow.
