Not sure about that new group...we know in the comics that they are allies to Rick and co., but the show doesn't follow that too much, so take it for what its worth. The previews appeared to show Rick in a gun fight with someone - was this correct or am I just seeing things? I was very tired at that point too...:D

I am wondering why it suddenly seems the walkers are attracted to fire? When Glenn malatoved the car they all walked to it...and when the prison battle was going down the walkers all seemed attracted to the inexplicably continuously burning fire in the core of the prison...that was always smoking out of a tall square smoke stack...no mention ever of what fueled this continuous fire nor who was keeping it burning and why...

But if the walkers are indeed now attracted to fire how on earth could you sit around a campfire at night?
Also when Michonne was first using her walkers as a shield trick she was also covered in a disgusting layer of walker rotting flesh...not anymore...

There were at least 4 shoe references in the last few episodes...when the little girl was playing hid and seek around the hanging sheets and a walker almost go her she fled under a car and lost her shoe...and when the lesbian cop recruit pulled the walker the walkers shoe came off...
and then Carl loses his shoe in the bedroom to a walker (incidentally I think this is why Rick said 'It's for you' because Michonne is at the door with his shoe)...

and then of course the shoe on the ground which i think was simply lost while fleeing the attack at the tracks...I'm pretty sure it's the younger non-psycho girls shoe...

AAAANd if you want another possible mind-f...what if Carol didn't kill the 2 sick people but only took credit for doing so to protect psycho girl...all the clues point to the kid doing it. Ricks knife missing from his trunk that the girl now has, the bloody hand print in the doorway...and the experimental animal torturing...It wouldn't surprise me to find that Carol is either killed or almost killed by Psycho girl and confronts her about it..

I think the zombies are attracted to the sound of the fire or the constant movement of the flames / smoke

Then why kill all the pigs when you could just light a bonfire 50yds from the fence and they will all walk into it...

I don't like how the seem to be slacking off on some significant behavioral features of the walkers...

Like how the walkers in Atlanta ran super fast chasing Rick into the tank in the 2nd episode in season 1, and how they're now slow as hell

The one thing I mentioned before that didn't make much sense is how no walkers followed the tank from the camp to the prison

That and when the attack on the prison started, where did all the walkers that we're piling up on the fence go when Rick was trying to talk the governor out of fighting.

There was no walkers for that entire scene that they talked

Yeah, they aren't super consistent, but it also could attribute to decay. It's been a while since Atlanta and the walkers may be decayed a bit more than in Atlanta, thus slower and weaker. I hope they never resort to the running, super aggressive zombies like some movies.

Who is to say they didn't? I am fairly certain that the walkers can't move at the speed of the tank and arrived at a later time. Might explain the walkers in the field going to the prison.

We've had the 'Lizzy did it' discussion before. I've waffled but think it could be her and her with the rats.

I know the little girl is a psycho, but how could she have moved the bodies by herself, or did her sister help her move them? She seemed silent over her trying to kill asskicker, and I could see Carol taking the blame for it!

Maybe Carol had found her work and then took care of the bodies from there. Who's to know. Just saying her personality is more likely than Carol's to do that IMO.

Yeah I can see that happening, she really loves the girls and I think would do anything for them, which is why she was by the prison watching over them!
