Zombie Apocalypse Show isn't Real Enough (The Walking Dead on AMC)

I thought the barn was just part of the flashback references shown throughout the episode. The picture that the blood was dripping on looked like the house where Carol, Tyrese, and the 2 little girls took refuge prior to the girls's death. I don't remember what Herschel's barn looked like, but that was my thought. I really liked the episode. Unlike some, I thought it was very well written, acted, and directed.

 

The radio announcer was Andrew Lincoln

It almost looks like the 'W' was cut in while the people were still alive.

 

I was kind of happy when Beth died because I knew we wouldn't have to listen to her singing anymore. Boy was I fucking wrong.

 

I enjoyed the episode. Kind of bummed that Tyreese died, but it made sense. Daryl is Rick's right hand man in the TV show, and that was Tyreese in the comics. They could have morphed him into another persona, but the guy just signed on to star in a new show. Anytime someone gets a new gig on her, the writers have to kill them off to free up their schedule.

 

And for the people that don't like the soap opera of TWD, but still watch, have you tried watching ZNation on SyFy? It's the complete opposite style of TWD, more of a Romero type of story. That show has tons of zombie slaying, and creative ways of doing it too. I keep recommending it to every zombie fan I know because it is fantastic.

Really? I watched a couple of episodes and it just didn't catch my interest. Seems to me just an attempt to jump on the zombie bandwagon.

I think the <Hunters> from the comics are the Wolves that is painted on the wall and the mark for the W on the heads.

Glenn and the baseball bat is a very big call to the comics.

 

Did I just imagine a trailer or sneak peak that had a pack of actual wolves or dogs in it ? I swear I saw one but I can't find it now .

 

I remember seeing that too.

I was telling my wife about the W and the Wolves graffiti, and she was like, "ummmm there were actual wolves in the preview." All I could say was "Oh"

Having the British accent makes the broadcast seem international and on Talking Dead , Greg Nicoterro explained that Andrew Lincolns voice made sense to them to use because it was a vaguely familiar voice to Tyrese and was part of his subconscious mind re-living the events of his youth
