    Whether he died or not, I think they're intentionally making it ambiguous. They won't do anything that will confirm or deny the outcome of this episode.

    Peep this:
    What I don't understand is, right before nick and Glenn were cornered, they showed stairs leading to an apartment or the roof. I don't know why they didn't see it. I think the stairs were being blocked by trash but I think it would've been way better than the dumpster.

    I just watched the death scene again. The guts were not Glenn's. They had to be the other guy laying on top of him. He will not fit under the dumpster. I'm not saying he will make it, but he's not done yet.

    Maybe Glenn will start eating the guts with the walkers and they will leave him be, but I'm pretty sure his time on TWD is coming to an end. If Glenn does make it back to Alexandria it will be a Sasha & Bob kind of reunion.
    There was a house next to the RV when they panned away, I bet Rick takes shelter in it.

    I thought it looked a little funny how Glen was screaming while they were pulling "his" guts out. It just seemed like he would have died or passed out at some point. His facial expressions never changed either as they were yanking on him. He was screaming in fear not from pain?????

    That method was used first long before Carol came around.
